Workplace Mediation Training

ResolutionsRTK offers both introductory and advanced 3-day mediation training workshops. A skills-based, intensive three-day program, it is designed for business professionals, including managers, team leaders and human resources practitioners, who wish to enhance their conflict management skills.

The program is highly interactive and focuses on proven Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) tools and techniques in mediation and negotiation. It delivers skills necessary to identify and manage all types of workplace conflict, a sound working appreciation of the mediation model, using ADR tools appropriately, understanding different behavioural styles, and active listening and questioning skills.

These workshops provide the essential framework for handling internal disputes and preserving positive working relationships.
