Workplace Coaching is effective where the organisation, in conjunction with the individual, has identified specific coaching needs.

Our coaching team is very successful working in this form of coaching, scoping clear agreed goals and desired outcomes with the organisation, which determine the nature of the coaching plan developed with the individual.

The organisation and the individual agree to use Workplace Coaching to address specific performance objectives, or support changes in identified behaviours, to ensure the ongoing viability of the individual’s position in the organisation.

Workplace Coaching applies a transparent communication structure, which includes a briefing with the organisation, the development of a coaching plan, and the provision of regular reporting to the organisation on the individual’s progress with the plan.
