Workplace Behaviour Policy Development and Review
Most organisations have their Equal Opportunity, Discrimination and Sexual Harassment policies and procedures in place. Rather than reinventing these policies, our approach is to review and update the current documentation and ensure that:
- all policies reflect the up-to-date legal requirements
- all Equal Opportunity and Bullying issues are addressed
- staff and managers are consulted during this phase
- all policies are reader friendly
- all grievance resolutions are integrated into one process.
