Workplace Behaviour ResolutionsRTK has developed a comprehensive approach over a number of years that addresses thelegal, physical and cultural requirements of workplace behaviour programs. The range of Workplace Behaviour training programs outlined below are delivered to ensure staff, managers or executives understand their rights and obligations in this important area of compliance. Each program differs in format and pitch, and outlines the behaviours, legal repercussions, effects on the individual and company, and the steps required to resolve these situations. for Executives The aim of the briefing is to raise awareness of the key issues involved in workplace bullying amongst senior managers and executives. It includes an outline of a suggested program to reduce the risks associated with all unacceptable behaviours. Pre-reading material is provided. for Managers Trains managers to be able to recognise, prevent and deal with unacceptable behaviours; and promotes a workplace culture that reflects organisational values and the code of conduct. This program has been designed to ensure managers are aware of the relevant state legislative acts, their legal duty of care obligations and are custodians of their organisation’s workplace behaviour policy and process. Tailored to your policy and grievance process, it can be run over a half or full day program. Managers participate in a number of skills building exercises to ensure that they understand the complexity of managing unacceptable behaviours and have the confidence to facilitate the organisation’s issue resolution process through direct, informal resolution among their direct staff. for Staff Every employee must understand the line between appropriate and unacceptable behaviours. This requires an appreciation of the impact that their behaviour has on their colleagues, and the need to take responsibility for this. This training course is designed to raise awareness and build commitment to eliminate inappropriate behaviours in the workplace. Practical and interactive facilitation ensures that each attendee gains a clear understanding of their role in creating a positive workplace as well as an understanding of the organisational policy and grievance process. elearning The e-learning module can be used in addition to or instead of face to face staff awareness sessions.
