Vocational Re-education Assessments

Retraining may be recommended when an individual possesses limited English language/ literacy or has limited transferable skills which would preclude them from obtaining any form of employment.

Where an individual is suffering from a psychological condition or has been out of the workforce for a considerable time, training may be recommended to increase confidence, develop a work capacity and update skills.

Training courses will build upon previous work experience and qualifications, rather than proposing a radical change in career direction.
