Through consultation, we assist the individual to identify suitable occupations related to their previous field of employment that require no or minimal training and are within their medical restrictions.

We conduct labour market research by reviewing advertised vacancies, liaising with potential employers and reviewing internet sites to identify training requirements, vacancy levels and demands of the positions.

A report is provided listing 3-5 suitable employment options, any identified transferable skills, barriers to return to work and recommendations.
