Return to Work Services - Original Employer
In order to return injured individuals to work with their original employer, ResolutionsRTK provide the following services as part of the injury management process:
An effective injury management program for injured employees consists of:
- Initial and Worksite Assessment. The initial assessment identifies the key issues and potential barriers which need to be addressed to ensure a suitable rehabiliation and return to work program is developed. The worksite assessment is conducted by a qualified
consultant who will assess the physical demands of pre injury duties and any alternative / modified duties that may be available. Following this assessment and in consultation with treaters, a suitable return to work plan can be developed.
- Case Management / Occupational Rehabilitation Counselling. This involves the timely and effective management of the injured
individual’s return to work plan and process. Our consultants will liaise with the agent, treaters, employer and employee to upgrade the duties and hours on the return to work plan with the ultimate goal of achieving pre injury employment for the employee.
