Return to Work Services - New Employer

When an employer cannot accommodate an injured employee’s medical restrictions in the longterm ResolutionsRTK can offer the following services:

• Vocational Assessments: Identifies alternative employment options and determine an individual’s training needs. This assessment takes into account the individual’s medical restrictions, work capacity, past work experience and transferable skills, and labour market analysis.
• Vocational Re -education : Where it is identified that further training is required to secure employment, a Vocational Re-education Assessment is recommended. A range of courses are researched and recommendations made in terms of competencies required, qualifications obtained, cost, duration and proximity to the individual’s home.
• Job Seeking Assistance (JSA) Program: For individuals requiring assistance to seek new employment, our qualified consultants support them through a structured JSA program.This includes resume development, interview coaching, job seeking activities andjob placement support.

These services assist an individual to pursue suitable and durable employment with a new employer.
