Occupational Rehabilitation Case Management

Occupational rehabilitation is a part of an injury management process and a critical step towards reducing and controlling the costs of workers compensation claims through early return to work outcomes. Occupational rehabilitation case management is a process of intervention that our consultants actively facilitate to determine and co-ordinate the most appropriate course of action through a return to work plan.

In order to establish what the return to work goals are, an Initial Rehabilitation Needs Assessment is undertaken. Our ongoing involvement in case management facilitates graduated progressions with the return to work program whilst liaising and meeting with the key stakeholders such as agents, treaters, employer and employee.
