MLQ 360 Leadership Assessment

The Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM) is a behavioural framework which differentially links a full range of leadership behaviours with outcomes such as satisfaction, extra effort, efficiency and performance beyond expectations. The FRLM has nine leadership factors grouped into Transformational, Transactional and Non-leadership behaviours. These transformational behaviours have been shown to radically augment most traditional or ‘transactional’ leadership behaviours. Transformational leaders, teams or organisations produce better ‘satisfaction’, ‘efficiency’ and ‘productivity’ outcomes.

The FRLM can be used to measure a single leader’s effectiveness or it can form the basis for creating a leadership program designed to meet the needs of a range of leaders. ResolutionsRTK have a team of accredited FRLM consultants who can facilitate an individual 360 ° leadership, team or organisational assessment. The result is a superior return on investment and measurable training/ development effectiveness.

Responses are gathered from up to 24 raters for the individual leader, or from each team member and the responses are collated into an easy to read, extensive report which helps the individual, team or organisation to understand their results. The report includes full descriptions of the leadership styles, outcomes, tips for building leadership competencies and suggestions for interpreting the report, including:

  • Narrative explanations of the concepts used
  • Graphs of responses
  • Levels of disagreement about perceptions of the exercise of the full transformational - transactional paradigm leadership behaviours
