Management Coaching

There are a range of contexts where a defined and budgeted coaching program is preferred to an open ended coaching arrangement spanning several months. Our management coaching program can be readily budgeted for and planned and offer the option of a line manager or HR “intake” . Here the potential goals or areas of focus for future coaching can be discussed with the coach prior to clarifying goals for coaching with the manager undertaking the program.

Our model of management coaching fully protects the confidentiality of the coaching sessions but provides important feedback to the contracting organisation about progress with the process of coaching. We build in two check in points for the line manager to maximise the alignment and traction of the coaching the program for the manager and their organisation.

The Management Coach will assist the manager to improve their management and leadership skill and competencies within their role.

How is it run?

ResolutionsRTK’s Management Coaching Program has the following characteristics:

• Structured, one on one, interactions between a coach and manager aimed at enhancing the manager’s performance on the job
• Self directed process with optional contextual brief provided by the line manager / employer
• High level of confidentiality – coaching session content is not discussed with the employer
• Duration of 6 or 8 session block programs are the most popular programs currently
• Usually fortnightly appointments for 90 – 120 mins scheduled
• Utilise senior and credentialed coaches only
• Always conducted off-site
• Optional summary report upon conclusion of the program
