ResolutionsRTK will tailor and deliver a program designed to build into participants the habits, disciplines and attitudes that will help your organisation achieve its vision. After all, any training that does not succeed in changing employee attitudes is of very little long-term value.

Courage is the key attitude that we aim to develop through skill development and practice. Confidence in a range of leadership competencies will give the leader courage to actively apply a variety of skills, enthusiasm to perform their roles, and a peace of mind which will result from their own sense of capability and competence.

ResolutionsRTK’s Courageous Team Leadership program seeks to equip and support leaders through a combination of assessments, practical training and one-on-one coaching. Select from a range of half, one and two day modules which can be tailored to develop leaders who can create and maintain healthy teams.
