Leadership Coaching

Organisations today demand more from their leaders. They seek leaders with superior people skills, who demonstrate good judgment and sensitivity in managing complex situations while keeping any eye to the future and driving efforts for great results. By working with a coach, leaders will explore self limiting paradigms and unlock potential that would otherwise lie dormant. It is a way of leveraging skills, competencies and thinking to maximise their effectiveness in a challenging role.

Your Leadership Coach will assist you to improve your leadership competencies in all areas of your role and organisational reach. A leadership coach is also entirely independent and provides leadership with the rare opportunity to be totally candid in a safe and supportive context.

How is it run?

Leadership coaching tends to have the following characteristics:

• Structured, one on one interactions between a coach and an executive aimed at enhancing the executive's performance on the job
• Entirely self directed
• High level of confidentiality – nothing is discussed with the employer
• Duration of 3-6 months is typical
• Usually fortnightly appointments for 90 – 120 mins scheduled
• Utilise Principal and Director level Coaches only
• Always conducted off-site
