Why Consider an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)for your Organisation?

Maximising people performance in the workplace is a strategic reality for organisational adaptability and wellness in today’s rapidly changing workplace environment. In fact, research supports that the success of an organisation is dependent on the health of all its employees - whether they are frontline workers or the managers responsible for their performance.

A tailored EAP can positively influence the overall productivity of your workforce. By providing staff confidential and clearly defined access to counselling and coaching services, they can be assisted to view and address their personal and work-related problems from both an individual and organisational perspective.

A well promoted and supported EAP can significantly reduce the incidence of absenteeism, presenteeism and costly claims such as Work Cover often associated with the diversity of work-related pressures and life circumstances that can overwhelm individuals from time to time.

  • Harassment / grievance issues
  • Disciplinary matters
  • Work performance and role issues

These services are available on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Services can be delivered either face to face or via the telephone. Our multidisciplinary team of EAP Consultants range form Psychologists and Social Workers to Management Coaches, HR Consultants and Health and Wellness practitioners.

The EAP is tailored to your unique requirements. It can be delivered onsite at your premises or offsite through our network of serviced offices in the Melbourne Metropolitan Regions and through our Associates in the Rural Regions. We also have a network of EAP Alliances with reputable EAP providers across Australia.

The scope of your EAP program is determined with you. You can prescribe the number of sessions available per service user, the promotional plan for launching the Program, the type of reporting required by your organisation and the service measures to evaluate the Program’s effectiveness.

We endeavour to provide additional value to the reporting function by presenting emerging themes and issues whilst maintaining the anonymity of the individual service users. In this way, you can ensure that your EAP is accountable and results driven whist utilising the data to evaluate overall organisational performance from an HRM and OH&S perspective.

The EAP can be funded on a fee for sevice, onsite or annual fee basis at cost competitive rates.
