Early intervention is the key, but our natural inclination is avoidance. The goal of the conversation is to find a solution to the problem while maintaining relationship.

People Risk Assessment Tool

PRAT is a practical web-based tool to establish the psychological risks to which your organisation may be exposed. It is used by organisations to perform a "desktop self-audit" as a first step of a systematic approach to the OHS obligations to identify and eliminate, at their source, risks to psychological health of employees at work.

People Risk Employee Survey

PRES is a comprehensive, organisation-wide and anonymous survey of people risks in your workplace. The PRES is used by organisations to reveal the ‘hidden' work factors that represent a risk to the psychological health of their employees – and therefore the continuity of their business systems. Unlike standard climate or employee surveys, the PRES assesses the frequency and impact of work factors on employees' health. This allows organisations to develop strategies that target the work factors posing the highest risk to well-being and performance in their workplace.
