Courageous Conversations

Most of us struggle with confrontation. Our natural inclination is avoidance, though this only solves the problem for that fleeting, yet pivotal moment. So issues are left to fester, and become part of the team or organisational rumour mill, until they explode into often damaging and hurtful conflict.

ResolutionsRTK developed Courageous Conversations to help our clients curb the incidence and impact of unacceptable workplace behaviours. It is designed to provide the skills base and attitudinal shift required to engage in those awkward – but important – workplace conversations. The program was developed by experienced practitioners who work with organisations on a daily basis to reduce the risk unresolved conflict presents.

Courageous Conversations can be run as a full or half day program. Our develop consultants can tailor the program to your organisational policy and grievance process, by including examples of typical situations which require a Courageous Conversation in your organisation.
