Conflict Coaching Our experienced Conflict Coaches work with the Client to help them develop an understanding of the conflict, increase self-awareness and insights, and consider the conflict from all points of view. A focus on collaboration and cooperative problem solving approaches creates the potential for a more effective engagement in interpersonal conflict. In Coaching, it is assumed that the client is the expert in their personal and professional life, and that they are creative, resourceful and whole. It is the Coach’s responsibility to:
Conflict Coaching can benefit any individual in the organisation wanting to resolve a dispute or conflict, including senior managers, supervisors and team leaders, and team members. When one party to a workplace conflict is not ready to participate in mediation or facilitation, conflict coaching can be an ideal alternative intervention. |
