ResolutionsRTK was formed in November 2006, through a successful merger of two companies with many years of experience in the provision of people risk management services. Since 1993 and 1988 respectively, both Resolutions and RTK Corporate have delivered training, consulting, employee assistance programs, conflict resolution, injury management and vocational services.

ResolutionsRTK enjoys a combined and strong reputation for our commitment to excellence, innovation and continue to pride ourselves on the strength of our relationships with clients – many of which have been maintained since our earliest days. As such, the merger of Resolutions and RTK Corporate represents the integration of two dynamic, focused and well respected Human Resources and Injury Management consultancies.

In recent years, both Resolutions and RTK expanded their service range and staff expertise in response to client demands for innovative people solutions. This required the development of tailored and creative prevention programs and strategies that assist organisations address their people management responsibilities and deal with difficult people issues in practical, innovative and ethical ways. At ResolutionsRTK, we believe it is through the commitment, expertise and team work of our multidisciplinary staff that we can operate in a strategic partnership with our customers, and through this, improve people performance while lowering their overall people risk.

ResolutionsRTK delivers services in Melbourne and Sydney, along with alliance partners in all other states. ResolutionsRTK also has an extensive network of satellite sites and capacity across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Our diverse client organisations, numbering now in their hundreds, represent all levels of Government services, telecommunications, emergency and defence, health and human services, manufacturing, aviation, banking, insurance and retail industries. They range from the largest Government and public companies through to smaller private workplaces that we can support on a local, state or national scale.
