ResolutionsRTK provide EAP services to a diverse client list that includes Department of Human Services, Department of Primary Industries, Victoria Police, Ballarat University, Shire of Yarra Ranges, Toll, La Trobe University.

If you are looking to expand your practice, strengthen your profile within the community, and diversify your referrals, then this may be for you.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Relevant undergraduate degree
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (desirable)
• Current registratio as appropriate
• Current motor vehicle licence and access to own car and mobile phone
• Minimum three years experience in the provision of relevant EAP counselling, coaching, assessment and early intervention consultancy.

Debriefing Assist Services | Bushfire Response Team

Victoria is one of the most bushfire prone regions worldwide. Every resident and visitor to Victoria, in every environment, has a role to play in protecting themselves and others from bushfire.

During the 2009 Victorian Bushfire Vrisi, ResolutionsRTK joined the community of individuals and organisations who worked together to protect our people, communities and resources. Coordinated from our head office in Prahran, we provided trained debriefors to support affected individuals, work-places and communities.

Our clients in at risk areas and workplaces include the Department of Human Services, Department of Primary Industries, Shire of Yarra Ranges, and the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority. We are looking to increase our capacity to respond and support the Victorian community during the bushfire season. We hope you can help.

Qualifications and Attributes

• 3-5 years post grad experience
• Experience working with groups of workers and individuals (sometimes their family)
• Skills in communicating across an organisation on organisational issues and interventions (HRM, OH&S, Union, Managers, CEO)

Availability

• Respond at short notice
• Flexibility for after hours work
• Reliable car
