ResolutionsRTK is a leading provider or Occupational Rehabilitation and Employee Assistance Program services across Victoria. We are seeking an appropriately qualified professional to enhance our Assist and Restore consulting teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing professional consulting team, and undertake a rewarding and diverse consulting role.

Our Restore team is looking for an individual with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and report writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide solution-focused assessments, case management and return to work services in a compensable environment. Duties will include work site negotiations for return to work planning, liaison with treating health practitioners, employers, agents and other key parties in the return to work process, and the ability to undertake vocational assessments designed to determine an injured workers capacity for changed employment. Previous experience in providing such programs would be considered an advantage.

Given the diversified nature of the ResolutionsRTK consulting services, an opportunity also exists to work with our Assist team, providing counselling and coaching solutions to our Employee Assistance Program clients. To take up this opportunity, you would need to be a registered psychologist, social worker, or qualified counsellor. Demonstrable experience in critical incident debriefing and trauma management is desirable, however internal supervision and professional development is an integral part of the support provided.

The role requires servicing of clients in our office locations across metropolitan Melbourne, and therefore requires own transport.
