Our Assist team is seeking a registered psychologist, social worker or counsellor to undertake the role of EAP Consultant in a supportive and experienced team.

Workplace based experience is required, with an ability to undertake general counselling and coaching interventions of a solutions-oriented and short-term nature. Demonstrable experience in critical incident response and trauma management is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to respond on an "as-needs" basis.

Experience in organisational development frameworks including conflict management would be advantageous.

The role requires servicing of clients in our office locations across metropolitan Melbourne, and therefore requires own transport.

Internal supervision and professional development is an integral part of the support provided.
